  • i am in a contract dispute requiring mediation and/or binding arbitration. How do I file? The total amount is $4K. Thank you

  • it has been 31 days since we have moved out. 4 days after we moved out the landlord scheduled an inspection date to give back our deposit and for us to turn in the keys to the dwelling. 8 days after we moved out we had the inspection with the landlord. at the inspection we gave the landlord the keys. after going through the house with cell phone lights (the power was turned off) the landlord said she wanted to reschedule during daylight. that was 27 days ago and they won't return our calls at all. do i need to send them a security deposit request letter or can i just take them to small claims.

Can I still file in NM since that's the last place we all lived, even if I don't have a current residence there? -we would both like to file the divorce ASAP.
